The WDS Life project develops an innovative and sustainable process for washing and degreasing wool, which has the following objectives:
INNPACTO “LAVASECO” PROJECT
The LAVASECO project investigated the improvement of processes and products in the wool sector. It proposes a new technology for washing wool from the closed cycle tanning sector with full recovery of waste, which allows the improvement of wool quality. The project aimed to maximize the recovery efficiency of the different wool components: the fiber itself, the fat (lanolin) and the wool powder. The IPT-2012- 0644-310000 project financed by the INNPACTO program of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
INDUSTRIAL WASTE PREVENTION 2019
RMT SA has received aid from ARCO to carry out the R&D PROJECT IN THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING INSULATING MATERIAL BY REPLACEMENT OF RAW MATERIALS WITH TEXTILE WASTE “RE-VALORATEX”, within the line of aid for projects of prevention, preparation for reuse and recycling of industrial waste. TES/1106/2019.
